I have listed a new property at 1325 BURDEN RD in Burns Lake.
An excellent place to camp, while fishing or hunting in the Burns Lake area. Two 0.17 acre lots close to town at the end of Burden Rd. The 0.34 acre property backs on to a swamp. There is a old house on the property with hydro connected to the panel. The house was used as a storage shed and it has no value. Some tin on the roof has been off for many years. There are two shallow wells on lot 8 that need covers. The septic system for the house was an out house on Lot 9. Lot 9 had a house many years ago. The present owner does not know if there was or is a well on Lot 9.
