I have listed a new property at 1325 BURDEN RD in Burns Lake.
Two 0.17 acre lots close to town at the end of Burden Rd. The 0.34 acre property backs on to a Crown Land swamp. There is a old house on the property used as a storage shed and it has no value. There are two known shallow wells on the property that need new covers and the septic system for the house was an out house. Lot 9 had a house and shallow well in the past and the present owner does not know if a well still exists.
