I have sold a property at 34 MORRISON ST in Burns Lake.
A real deal for a three bedroom home for someone willing to do some work. Shingles were needed a year ago as the roof is leaking in a few places. Peripheral drainage is needed. The basement stays dry as long as the sump pump works. The structure appears sound, but to make it look really good the house needs cleanup, flooring and painting. The home features a built in convection wood stove that moves the air from the woodstove to the living room and a sauna in the basement.

I have listed a new property at 3 WILKINSON AVE in Burns Lake.
3 bedroom home in Granisle that is clean and ready to be moved into. The upstairs has new laminate flooring, and new bathroom fixtures. The basement has the walls in place and features a wood heater in the recreation room and a high efficiency furnace. This property is only a few blocks away from the Granisle Marina on Babine Lake. Babine Lake has great fishing including char, trout and salmon. Because of the affordable housing, Granisle has become a quiet recreational/retirement community.
